Cancellation & No-Show Policy

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Appointments scheduled with Jason Butts, Licensed Massage Therapist (TX License #MT148520) are reserved specifically for each client.

To ensure availability for all clients, the following policies apply.

Appointment Cancellation

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Providing advance notice allows the appointment time to be offered to another client.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Appointments

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may be considered a no-show.

No-show appointments may result in:

Loss of future booking privileges

Requirement of prepayment for future sessions

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session so the schedule can remain on time for other clients.

Full session fees may still apply.

Therapist Cancellation

If an appointment must be canceled by the therapist due to illness, emergency, or scheduling conflict, the client will be notified as soon as possible and offered an opportunity to reschedule.

Respectful Environment

Massage therapy sessions are conducted in a professional and respectful environment.

Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
